Refund policy

All sales are final — returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order.

If you have any questions regarding a specific garment, please contact us at hello@clichegalleria.com before placing an order, as all sales are final.

Please note that if you do request a cancellation for your order before it ships out, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For international orders, please note that the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
